~ Colorado: A law requiring employers to cater reasonable time and private space for women to breastfeed their infants will take effect on Thursday, the Summit Daily News reports (Allen, Summit Daily News, 8/4). The Workplace Accommodations for Nursing Mothers Act as well requires that employers non discriminate against the breastfeeding women. Colorado is the 16th province to pass such a law.
